My name is Anathi  Madubela and I am passionate about all things media, journalism and broadcasting. Being a student journalist at Wits Vuvuzela allows me to explore my passions while also grooming me to become the journalist I aspire to be. My alma mater is Stellenbosch University and that is where I completed my undergraduate degree and found my love for radio. Being a radio presenter and news reader at mfm92.6 is what catapulted me into journalism. I view myself as a social justice warrior who usually uses the feminist lens and this means that women’s empowerment is close to my heart.
